The Project

Established in 1947 Embsay Crafts are the main specialist retailer of creative crafts in Yorkshire. They already had an online shop that wasn't delivering the results they expected. They wanted an e-commerce website with more flexibility, a fully-featured stock system capable of handling over 20,000 products with a new look and feel.

The aim is to make Click on Crafts the Number 1 crafts website in the UK.

The Brand

Our creative team came up with several design concepts for the client which were refined down to the logo and branding that best matched Click On Crafts. We worked closely with the client to make sure that the results were exactly what they wanted.

The Stock System

Using our own configurable online stock system Click on Crafts were able to start adding their products almost immediately. Since our system allows products to be configured the 20,000 products, with images, were added to the site in the space of two weeks. Click on Crafts custom requirements, were added as required once the site had gone live.

The E-Commerce Site

Building on the great brand a website was designed to showcase and sell their huge product range.

Because our e-commerce system is tightly integrated into the our stock system Click on Crafts are in complete control of products, pricing, customizable offers, availablity and fulfilment.

We implemented our content management system as well, giving them complete control over their site including images and new pages.

The combination of stock and CMS allows them to run exciting promotions combined with offers whenever they need.
